How To Make Beer Can Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (4-5 pounds)
- 1 can of beer
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp of your favorite chicken seasoning (such as paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper)
Instructions

Preheat your grill or oven to 350°F (175°C).

Open the beer can and drink or discard half of the beer.

Season the chicken inside and out with olive oil, chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Place the beer can on a stable surface and slide the chicken onto the can, with the can inserted into the cavity of the chicken.

Carefully place the chicken, standing upright, onto the grill or in a roasting pan.

Cook the chicken for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the thigh.

Remove the chicken from the grill or oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
