How To Make BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

Brush the top of the dough with olive oil.

Place the dough on the grill, oiled-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly charred and crispy.

Remove the dough from the grill and place it on a baking sheet, grilled-side up.

Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the grilled side of the dough.

Top with the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, red onion, and cilantro.

Place the pizza back on the grill and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
