How To Make BBQ Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and sliced red onion for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, chopped red onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few minutes, until slightly charred.

Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, and sliced red onion on the bottom half of each bun. Then place a cooked chicken burger patty on top and cover with the top half of the bun.
