How To Make Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it lengthwise into 4 thick steaks.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the oil mixture.

Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

Flip the steaks halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve the roasted cauliflower steaks as a main course or alongside your favorite side dishes.
