How To Make Buckwheat Granola Recipe
A crunchy and nutritious granola made with gluten-free buckwheat, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine buckwheat groats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.

In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil and maple syrup. Add vanilla extract and stir well.

Pour wet ingredients over dry mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let it cool. Add dried fruit and store in an airtight container.
