  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil.

  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together oil, honey, and almond milk.

  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet and mix well.

  6. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 1 hour.

  7. Let cool before slicing.
