How To Make Skinny Protein Waffles

These protein waffles are whole grain and dairy-free. They’re the perfect way to start your day with lots of healthy nutrients.

  • 2cupswhole wheat flour
  • 2tspbaking soda
  • 3cupsalmond milk
  • 1scoopprotein powder
  • 2eggs
  • fresh fruit,for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, almond milk, scoop protein powder, and eggs. Mix until incorporated.

  2. Put about ¼ cup batter in the center of hot waffle iron and cook the waffles until waffle iron is ready and golden brown.

  3. Top with desired topping and fresh fruit
