How To Make Beer Batter Waffles
Instead of yeast, this waffles recipe is made with beer batter and sweetened with honey. The result is a light & crisp waffle that’s perfect for breakfast.

- 2cupsself rising flour
- 12fl ozbeer,(1 can or bottle)
- ½cupunsalted butter,melted
- ¼cupmilk
- 2eggs,separated
- 1tbsphoney
- 1tspvanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions. Combine flour, beer, butter, milk, egg yolks, honey, and vanilla in a large bowl; stir until the mixture is smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into batter.

Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Ladle the batter into waffle iron.

Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
