- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and onions. Mix well.

Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
