  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, shredded cheese, diced onion, bell pepper, and celery.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Pour the egg mixture into the crab mixture and stir until well combined.

  6. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
