- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Pour the chicken mixture into the pie crust and spread it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs. Pour the whisked eggs over the chicken mixture in the pie crust.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.
