Ingredients
- 4 chapatis
- 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil.

Add the chopped spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat another teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for a few seconds.

Place the cooked chapati on top of the omelette and gently press down to make it stick. Flip the omelette and chapati together and cook for a few more seconds until the omelette is fully cooked.

Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Place a spoonful of sautéed spinach on one side of the omelette and roll it up tightly.

Repeat with the remaining chapatis and omelette.
