Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1/4 cup sliced ham or cooked bacon
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute or until the edges start to set.

Carefully lift one side of the omelette and fold it over about 1 inch towards the center.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and sliced ham or cooked bacon over the folded portion of the omelette.

Continue rolling the omelette, tucking in the edges as you go, until you have a tight roll-up.

Cook the omelette roll-up for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the filling is heated through.
