The cinnamon smell that rolls through the house in the early hours of Saturday morning… You see, the beauty of this recipe is you start it when you go to bed Friday night and it cooks right up until morning! My kids LOVE this when they have their friends over for a Friday Night Sleep Over. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
How To Make Saturday Morning Crockpot Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions

Grease the inside of a slow cooker crockpot.

Place the ingredients in the crockpot and mix them with whisk. Afterward, cover the pot.

Leave the crockpot on at low speed overnight.

Once your oatmeal has finished cooking overnight, serve it with milk and enjoy.
