- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey. Mix well.

Add the chopped pistachio nuts, diced apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the oat mixture. Stir until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, give the Bircher muesli a good stir. If desired, add more almond milk for a creamier consistency.
