- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, salt, and black pepper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Divide the potato mixture into 4 portions and shape each portion into a flat patty.

Carefully place the potato patties into the hot skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
