- 8 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Butter, for frying
- Powdered sugar and syrup, for serving
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle on medium heat.

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow dish.
