Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sprouts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

In a greased baking dish, spread the sprouts and spinach evenly.

Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
