How To Make Spiced Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for about 2 minutes, or until it starts to set around the edges.

Gently scramble the eggs with a spatula, breaking them into small pieces.

Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
