How To Make Soft-Boiled Eggs in the Microwave

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tsp of salt
Instructions

Place 1 cup of water in a microwave-safe bowl and add 2 eggs.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 3 minutes for medium-boiled eggs.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the remaining eggs.

Once cooked, carefully remove the eggs from the bowl using a slotted spoon.

Run the eggs under cold water for 1 minute to stop the cooking process.

Gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then peel the eggs.

Sprinkle the eggs with salt and serve.
