Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions

In a microwave-safe mug, crack 2 eggs and add 1 tablespoon of milk. Whisk until fully combined.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Microwave the mug on high for 30 seconds, then carefully stir the eggs with a fork.

Microwave for an additional 30 seconds, stir again, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until the eggs are almost set.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the eggs and microwave for 15-20 seconds until the cheese is melted.

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
