How To Make Mushroom and Swiss Cheese Omelette
A delicious omelette filled with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are soft and lightly browned.

Pour egg mixture over the mushrooms and cook until the edges start to set.

Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the omelette and use a spatula to fold it in half.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
