Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Lightly spray a muffin tin with olive oil cooking spray.

Crack two eggs into each muffin cup.
