Ingredients
- 8 green eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, whisk the green eggs and milk together until well combined.

Stir in the chopped spinach, green onions, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
