How To Make Easy Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk the egg until fluffy.

Add flour, salt, sugar, milk, baking powder, and vegetable oil. Mix until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Repeat until all the batter is used up.

Serve with syrup and butter.
