Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup cereal milk (milk steeped with cereal)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Additional cereal for topping
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, beat together the cereal milk, egg, and melted butter.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

Cook until the edges appear dry and bubbles form on the surface.

Flip and cook until lightly browned on the other side.
