How To Make Cereal Granola Recipe

A crunchy and healthy breakfast dish made with various cereals and nuts.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. Mix oats and nuts in a bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Add honey mixture to oats mixture and mix well.

  5. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then add dried fruit.

  7. Store in an airtight container.
