A crunchy and healthy breakfast dish made with various cereals and nuts.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

Mix oats and nuts in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Add honey mixture to oats mixture and mix well.

Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Let it cool for 10 minutes, then add dried fruit.

Store in an airtight container.
