How To Make Breakfast Sausage Skillet Recipe
A delicious and hearty breakfast skillet made with sausage, potatoes, peppers, and eggs.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions

In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium-high heat.

Once hot, add the crumbled sausage to the pan and cook until browned. Remove and set aside on a plate.

In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes, red and green peppers, and onion. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Let the eggs cook undisturbed for a minute, then scramble with a spatula until cooked through.

Return the sausage to the skillet and stir everything together.
