How To Make Breakfast Sausage and Egg Muffins Recipe
These muffins have savory breakfast sausage and fluffy eggs baked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, split
- 4 sausage patties
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

Place the English muffins in the muffin tin.

Cook the sausage patties according to package instructions and place them on top of the English muffins.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly over the sausage and muffins in the muffin tin.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each muffin.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set and the cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and top with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
