How To Make Cranberry Orange Breakfast Bread
A delicious quick bread perfect for breakfast or brunch!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, roughly chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together orange juice, vegetable oil, and egg.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in chopped cranberries.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.
