Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, white sugar, salt, and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.

Pour the remaining batter into the pan and spread evenly. Top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture through the batter.

Drizzle melted butter over the top of the batter.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool in pan for 5-10 minutes before removing and slicing.
