How To Make Banana Nut Breakfast Bread
This delicious bread is moist, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla. Mix well.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the banana mixture. Stir until moistened.

Fold in chopped walnuts.

Pour batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
