Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low and add flour. Stir continuously for 2 minutes until the mixture forms a ball.

Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition until the dough is smooth and shiny.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.

Pipe small mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each bun.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the buns cool completely.

Slice each choux bun in half horizontally. Fill the bottom half with diced strawberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.

Place the top half of the bun over the filling. Dust with powdered sugar.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
