Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.

Gradually pour the milk and egg mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring well to form a smooth batter.
-

Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as needed to prevent burning.
-
Serve the oatcakes warm with your choice of toppings like cheese, bacon, or breakfast sausage.
