- 100g active sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 300g water
Instructions

Knead for at least 10 minutes.

Shape the dough and let rise again for 1-2 hours.

Preheat the oven and bake at 230°C for 20 minutes.

Reduce temperature to 200°C and bake for another 25 minutes.
