Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the warm milk, warm water, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.

Place the dough balls on a greased baking sheet and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let them rise for about 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.

Remove the rolls from the oven and brush them with melted butter, if desired.
