Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread the marinara sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle the garlic powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the pepperoni.

Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the longer sides.

Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.

Brush the melted butter over the top of the bread.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
