Ingredients
- 1 cup lentil flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine lentil flour, salt, cumin powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking soda. Mix well.

Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter is formed.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and brush with olive oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and spread it out into a thin, round shape using the back of a spoon.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the lentil flatbread warm as an appetizer or as a side dish.
