- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions
-
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well.
-
Gradually add yogurt and olive oil to the flour mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
-
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
-
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a circle.
-
In a separate bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, chicken, cheese, and coriander leaves.
-
Spoon a portion of the filling onto one half of each circle of dough, then fold over the other half to cover the filling.
