  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Add mashed bananas, diced strawberries, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until well-combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

  5. Pour batter into the greased loaf pan.

  6. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
