How To Make Raspberry Chocolate Bread Recipe

This bread is loaded with juicy raspberries and decadent chocolate that’ll satisfy your craving for something sweet!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a bread loaf pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

  4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined.

  5. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.

  6. Slowly add in the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  7. Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips.

  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  9. Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
