A tropical twist on classic bread, this recipe combines the sweet flavor of mango with tangy lime for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 egg
- ⅔ cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a blender or food processor, puree chopped mango until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mango puree, vegetable oil, honey, lime juice, and egg until well combined.

Stir in milk.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
