Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 lemon, zest only
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
