A delicious and moist bread with the perfect blend of apples and cinnamon.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 apple, peeled and finely diced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.

Add in applesauce, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.

Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet mixture, whisking until just combined.

Fold in diced apple.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.
