Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Add the warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions.

Roll each portion into a ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, rosemary, and thyme. Brush the rolls with the mixture.

Sprinkle the rolls with the coarse salt. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
