Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 small flowerpots, greased
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.

Place each dough ball into a greased flowerpot, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the flowerpots filled with dough for 40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Remove the bread from the flowerpots and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
