Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, dill, and poppy seeds.

Make a well in the center and pour in the buttermilk. Mix until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth. Shape it into a round loaf.

Place the loaf onto the prepared baking sheet and cut a cross on the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
