Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1 1/2 cups rye flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together the rye flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chunks.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
