Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground ginger.

Stir in the dried cranberries and pecans.

In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, molasses, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
