- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, orange juice, orange zest, buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the cranberries.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
